URL Demos

Terms of service

Last updated October 18, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of URL Demos (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of URL Demos.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and activity performed through your account. Keep your credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; bypass access controls, usage limits, or website restrictions; interfere with the Service; or attempt to extract private data or credentials.

Only load and record websites and content that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for permissions, website terms, intellectual property rights, privacy obligations, and any actions taken during a demo. Our safety measures do not replace your review or guarantee that every action is safe.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you hold in your submitted content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service, including processing by our service providers. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

As between you and us, you may use generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights. Output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability. Review and approve all scripts, narration, actions, and videos before using or publishing them. Our software, branding, and other materials remain ours or our licensors’.

4. Paid services, credits, and cancellation

Where paid services are available, the price, billing interval, credit allowance, and any applicable charges are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and are responsible for keeping payment details current. Contact us to request cancellation if an account cancellation option is unavailable.

Subscription credit allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans; unused credits do not roll over. Credits are for Service usage only, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Monthly and yearly plan changes take effect immediately with proration, as disclosed at the time of the change. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless stated otherwise at checkout, access continues through the paid period.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed by us, payments are non-refundable and unused credits are not refundable. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights. Changes to pricing or material billing terms will be communicated before they apply to future charges.

5. Availability and account restrictions

We may update, modify, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with any particular website or browser, or continued availability of third-party services. You are responsible for keeping copies of important work.

We may restrict or suspend access for suspected misuse, nonpayment, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time; stopping use alone does not cancel a subscription.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. AI output and third-party websites can be unpredictable. We do not promise any particular commercial result or that generated material is free from errors or third-party claims.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service or these terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected claims. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

8. Claims relating to your use

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, infringement of third-party rights, or your breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own wrongdoing. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense.

9. Changes and disputes

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription. Applicable law and mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules govern any dispute; these terms do not remove rights to bring a claim in a court available to you by law.
